The majority of the ardent young Bernie supporters almost
never voted in the off-year (non-Presidential) elections of 2010 and 2014. They are partly to blame for the country being in the shape it is today. They
allowed the GOP to win the Senate, House and most State positions. That’s why we can’t raise the minimum wage, or strengthen unions, or create jobs rebuilding our infrastructure, etc.
- If Bernie wins the Presidency, but the GOP maintains their majorities in the Senate and House, he will accomplish nothing.
- If Bernie does not win the nomination, and his supporters go back to thinking politics doesn't matter so why bother voting in November, they again will be partly to blame for what comes next.
Note to the young liberals: If you want the respect you think you
deserve from the Democratic Party, then show up and vote every 2 years.
